Digitized file to be supplied by the customer. Formats required: .DST or .EMB(preferred)
If the artwork needs to be digitized for embroidery there will be a one-time fee of $35.00 for left chest size embroideries and $75.00 for full-size embroideries.
Thread colours to be provided. If we have the exact thread, or a thread colour close to the thread colour required, we will use threads we have in-stock. If a special thread is required that we do not have in-stock, we will purchase the thread for the specific job. Charge for a 5000m spool of thread is $10.95 each + tax. The remainder of the thread will be given to the customer to keep in their possession for future use.
Special Handling Charges: Solvy film used on specific materials, add .50 cents per item.
Bagging Charge: .45 cents per item
